Daniel originally from Cork, studied architecture at Waterford School of Architecture where he gained his Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2013. During his studies he designed a number of residential new builds and this hands-on experience complemented theoretical investigations.
Daniel's degree year research investigated successful juxtaposing of the natural and artificial to create sustainable communities. He was also finalist at Urban 2012, a RIAI residential competition for which his work was exhibited. After graduating, Daniel had the opportunity to work on further RIAI competition entries with Carr Cotter Naessans architects in Cork city.
At Paul Archer Design, Daniel enjoys the creative and collaborative office environment. Particularly the challenge of enhancing London's existing historic urban fabric with new and re-imagined structures.
