Heritage

The pursuit of innovation in residential design has underpinned the work since the practice was founded in 1999, by director Paul Archer. In 2017, Paul took a step back from running the company, however, continues to be part of the team in an advisory role. The firm continues today under the direction of Partners Richard Gill, Emil Neumann, and Robert Sterry—all of whom have been with the company since 2007.
